1. Booking & consultation
The 20-minute video consult is free and carries no obligation. A residency is confirmed only once a deposit has been received and you've received written confirmation of your dates from us.
2. Deposit & payment
A deposit is required to hold your dates and is applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due before the first tattoo session of your residency. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and most major digital payment methods.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
Plans change — we get it. You may reschedule once at no cost if you give us at least 30 days' notice. Cancellations made more than 30 days before your start date receive a full deposit refund minus any non-recoverable third-party fees (e.g., hotel pre-pays). Cancellations inside 30 days forfeit the deposit.
4. Travel & accommodation
Flights are not included unless explicitly stated in your package. Lodging, transfers, and any listed extras are arranged by us and described in your written confirmation. You're responsible for valid travel documents and any visa requirements for your country of citizenship.
5. Health & safety
You must be at least 18 years old to be tattooed and must disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or allergies before your session. We reserve the right to decline or pause a tattoo if continuing would risk your health or the quality of the work.
6. Design & artistic license
We collaborate closely on the concept, but final stylistic decisions about line weight, composition, shading, and execution belong to the artist. Final designs are presented before needles touch skin and you have the opportunity to request revisions during the design phase.
7. Aftercare
Healing depends largely on aftercare. You agree to follow the written aftercare instructions provided after your session. Touch-ups due to neglected aftercare may be billed at our standard rate.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for travel delays, weather, force majeure events, or any third-party services outside our direct control. Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us for the residency.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes that can't be resolved directly will be handled by the courts of Punta Cana.
