Losandy Art Tattoo ("Losandy," "we," "us") is a private tattoo studio operating in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We can be reached at hello@losandy.studio.

When you submit the consultation form, send a message on WhatsApp, or email us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone number, reference images, and notes about the tattoo you're considering. We also collect basic analytics (pages viewed, device type, referrer) to understand how the site is used.
3. How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule your consultation, plan your residency, and provide aftercare guidance. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted services to run the studio: email and messaging (Google Workspace, WhatsApp), scheduling, and website hosting. These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
5. Photos of your tattoo
We may photograph or film the tattooing process and the finished piece for our portfolio and social channels. If you'd prefer your work not be shared publicly, just let us know in writing before your session and we'll keep it private.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@losandy.studio. We'll respond within 30 days.
7. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
